I placed my order but the website shows that it is “on hold”. What does this mean?
Normally after you send payment the payment server will automatically update your order status after the transaction has confirmed on the blockchain. If the payment has confirmed and your order is showing “on hold” it is usually because the amount paid was LESS than the amount due. Once the remainder of the payment is made the status will update.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our store is set up to automatically accept Bitcoin and Monero, but we will accept most cryptocurrency coins. If you want to pay for your order using a different coin please email us and we will provide you with the appropriate wallet for you to send payment to.
We do not accept payments by credit or debit card.
Will I get tracking information for my order?
We do not provide tracking for orders unless your order hasn’t delivered within 7 business days. With very few exceptions orders should arrive in a week or less. If for some reason your order hasn’t arrived after a week please contact us and we will be happy to provide tracking info.
